Seoul Namsan Gugakdang is a dedicated classical music hall where you can enjoy natural sound in a traditional Korean-style house, opened in November, 2007.

Seoul Namsan Gugakdang is the only domestic music hall with lighting, sound, stage setting etc. perfectly suited for Korean classical music with no electric sound system, where you can enjoy natural sound of Korean classical music. Also, the exterior design of traditional Korean-style house with cozy chamber increases elegance of Korean classical music.

Sejong Center for the performing arts, with a long tradition of concert hall manages Seoul Namsan Gugakdang to provide classic performance and pleasant service. Sejong Center for the performing arts is planning to provide and develop traditional art through production and exploration of traditional art work and distinct seasonal events.
