Johan Inger’s Bliss, which received its Asian premiere last year, returns to the stage. Set to Keith Jarrett’s The Köln Concert, the choreography unfolds with movements that convey the sheer joy of dancing and a sense of boundless happiness to the audience. The second work, Jakie by the celebrated duo Sharon Eyal and Gai Behar—chosen by Christian Dior as emblematic choreographers of sensuality and sensation—pushes the aesthetics of the body to the extreme. To the driving pulse of electronic music, precisely synchronized ensemble movement blends with the dancers’ individual sensuality.
