1Ticket discount
- Starting September 9, 1998, the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts will provide a 50% discount on the admission fee for one accompanying person with a disability in accordance with Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities Act.
- You can receive discounts on all Sejong Center for the Performing Arts performances, including regular performances and rental performances by art groups affiliated with facilities for the disabled. If you want to see a performance, you must bring your disability certificate and go directly to the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts box office or info shop to purchase a ticket. You can also make reservations by phone, and you must bring your welfare card with you when picking up your ticket.
2Convenient facilites for the visually handicapped
- A Braille tactile map has been prepared at the entrance of the Grand Theater so that the visually impaired can be guided through each facility of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts through Braille. In addition, Braille blocks for the disabled have been installed in the passages of the Grand Theater and M Theater for the disabled, allowing them to use the facilities more conveniently. 3Happy call service
- There is a Happy Call button for people with disabilities installed on the left and right sides of the central stairs of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, at the Sejong-ro parking lot entrance, in the direction of exits 1 and 8 of Gwanghwamun Station, and at the entrance to the Garden of Arts.
- When you press the Happy Call button, the relevant security guard/performance hall guide will come to the location of the disabled customer within 3 minutes and provide 1:1 convenience service.
4wheelchair lifting facilities and movable lift
- We have installed wheelchair lifts on the first floor of the Grand Theater, Sejong Terrace, and Sejong M Theater entrance stairs to improve the convenience of wheelchair users.
5Elevator Use
- Sejong Center for the Performing Arts has elevators on the left and right sides of the main theater that disabled customers can use comfortably. In addition, an elevator has been installed connecting the Secretariat, Sejong Terrace, Sejong Museum of Art Main Building, and Sejong Hall, allowing disabled customers to conveniently visit all facilities of Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.
