• How to Book with Club New Black
  ※ Programs and performance details for the season and shows are subject to change due to production circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for registration fees under these conditions.

  • Save up to 40% discount on all Sync Next 25 performances throughout the season.
  • Registration for “Club New Black” is limited to the individual registrant. Early booking for individual performances starts from April 10 at 11 AM.
  • Even if you are registered for “Club New Black”, tickets cannot be booked if a performance is sold out. We recommend booking individual performances as soon as possible after registration.
  • To apply the discount, select your seat for an individual performance and choose “Club New Black” during checkout.
• How to Book with Synchronizer Package
  ※ Programs and performance details for the season and shows are subject to change due to production circumstances. Refunds for the package are not available after the first performance included in the package has started.

  • The “Synchronizer Package” includes top-tier seats for each performance. Duplicate selections for the same performance are not allowed.
  • After purchasing the “Synchronizer Package”, you must select seats for each performance separately to complete the booking process.
  • Even with the “Synchronizer Package”, tickets cannot be booked if a performance is sold out. We recommend booking individual performances as soon as possible after purchase.
• Ticket Cancellation & Changes for Individual Performances
  • For performances booked through “Club New Black”, changes can be made within the cancellation period. To make a change, please cancel your current booking and rebook the desired performance. Please note that changes cannot be made once the performance is sold out or after the cancellation deadline. For details on cancellation fees, refer to the “Ticket Cancellation Fee” section below.
  • For performances booked through “Synchronizer Package”, you may change the performance date or seat (within the same category) during the cancellation period. Seat changes are only possible if there are remaining seats available at the time of the change. Cancellations and rebookings made for this purpose will not incur additional fees.
• Cancellations and Refunds for Subscription

  For Club New Black

  Cancellations and refunds are available until July 3 at 5 PM, the day before the season opens. After the first performance, cancellations are not permitted.

  For individual performance cancellations, refund policies will follow the standard ticket cancellation fee regulations.

  For Synchronizer Package

  Cancellations and refunds are available until 5 PM on the day before the first performance included in your package. Partial refunds for remaining performances are not available after attending the first show.

  To receive a refund for the “Synchronizer Package”, you must first cancel all individual performance reservations, then proceed to cancel the package separately. Failure to cancel the package after canceling the individual performances will result in no refund being issued.

  Cancellation Fees

  Cancellations and changes can be made until 5 PM on the day before the performance.

  Cancellations, changes, and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances on the day of the performance.

Feel the pulse of Sync Next 25 in vivid, ever-changing spaces.

• A listening party titled “New Black Experience” will be held in Itaewon, offering a taste of Sync Next 25’s vision through techno and ambient music. Enjoy specially crafted cocktails inspired by Korean local spirit while sharing impressions of the performance. Meanwhile, a daily artist-curated lounge called “Wells” will be set up in front of the Sejong S Theater. More details coming soon.
