The Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, as the representative integrated cultural and arts space of South Korea, strives to fulfill its mission of 'expanding opportunities for citizens' cultural enjoyment and contributing to cultural development'. To this end, we declare and pledge to practice the 「Sejong Center for the Performing Arts Charter for Human Rights Management」, which reflects the international human rights standards of the UN and UNESCO, as the standard for correct conduct and value judgment that all employees must observe to enhance human dignity and value in all management activities.
