A rendezvous between Korean dance virtuoso Kook Soo-ho, who creates delicate and exquisite dances through in-depth meditation, and Kim Jae-duk, who has displayed overwhelming stages with powerful attraction and dynamic choreography. It will showcase Korea’s Chun-Ha-Chu-Dong (Spring-Summer-Fall-Winter) dance movements, which resonate with the current times and move in a cycle

  • Sejongro Public Parking Lot
    Sejong Center does not operate its own parking lot.
    Audiences who use performances, exhibitions (paid) and experiences (paid exhibition experience) can get a discount on parking fees when using Sejong-ro public parking lot.
    If you complete the settlement in advance at the unmanned settlement machine before you leave, you can avoid congestion when you leave. For other discounts, please use the manned settlement office with the relevant certificate.
    Sejongro Public Parking Lot has limited space and is often full, requiring a long time to find parking. Especially on weekends and public holidays, it fills up quickly, so we highly recommend using public transportation.

RequiredSejong Center Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the matters necessary for customers who book performance or exhibition tickets through the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts (hereinafter referred to as the “Sejong Center”) ticketing system (hereinafter referred to as “Sejong Ticket”), in order to improve the efficiency of system operation and management and enhance customer convenience.

Article 2 (Effect of the Terms and Conditions)
① The Sejong Center may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable laws. In such cases, the reasons for the amendment and the effective date shall be specified and announced, together with the current Terms and Conditions, on the Sejong Center’s website (including the main page or a pop-up screen) from 15 days prior to the effective date until the day immediately preceding the effective date.
② If the Sejong Center amends these Terms and Conditions, the amended Terms and Conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded on or after the effective date (including the effective date), and the Terms and Conditions prior to the amendment shall apply to contracts concluded before such date. However, if a customer who has already entered into a contract expresses their intention to be subject to the amended Terms and Conditions during the notice period specified in Paragraph 1 and obtains the consent of the Sejong Center, the amended Terms and Conditions shall apply.
③ If a member does not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, they may request withdrawal of membership. If the member does not request termination after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.

Article 3 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:
1. “Booking” means a state in which the ticket price has been fully paid through a booking channel recognized by the Sejong Center using a payment method specified in Article 5.
2. “Ticket” means a document or web-based service that grants the right to attend a performance or exhibition at the Sejong Center, and shall be valid only for the performance or exhibition name, date and time, venue, and designated seat specified on the ticket.
3. “Customer” means any user of Sejong Ticket, including online members and non-members, who accesses Sejong Ticket operated by the Sejong Center and receives services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. “Online Member” means a user who has registered on the Sejong Center website and receives services as a member.
5. “Non-member” means a customer who purchases tickets through Sejong Ticket without registering as a member.
6. “Performance presented by the Sejong Center” means a performance organized solely by the Sejong Center or jointly with external organizations, and is categorized into performances solely organized by the Sejong Center, performances by affiliated arts companies, and co-presented performances.
7. “Rental Performance” means a performance organized by an external production company or individual who rents a Sejong Center venue, where the organizer of the performance is such external entity or individual, not the Sejong Center.
8. “Same Performance” means a performance that is held in two or more consecutive sessions, and the program may vary by session.
9. “Exhibition presented by the Sejong Center” means an exhibition organized solely by the Sejong Center or jointly with external organizations, and is categorized into exhibitions solely organized by the Sejong Center and co-presented exhibitions.
10. “Rental Exhibition” means an exhibition organized by an external exhibition organizer or individual who rents a Sejong Center exhibition space, where the organizer of the exhibition is such external entity or individual, not the Sejong Center.

Article 4 (Ticket Booking Services)
① Sejong Ticket provides the following ticket booking services:
 1. Internet and mobile booking services
 2. In-person booking services (Service Plaza and venue box offices within the Sejong Center)
 3. Telephone booking services (Sejong call center)
② For internet and mobile booking services (available 24 hours a day, year-round), customers may complete bookings directly through the booking process up to 2 hours prior to the start of the performance.
③ In-person booking services
 1. Service Plaza (Operating hours: 10:00–20:00, open year-round, lunch break 13:00–14:00): Customers may visit the Service Plaza located in the Sejong Lounge to purchase tickets or issue tickets booked via telephone (call center) or the internet. In addition, for tickets booked through Sejong Ticket, services such as changes, cancellations, and refunds may be processed.
 2. Venue box offices are located at the Grand Theater, M Theater, S Theater, Chamber Hall, Dream Forest Arts Center, and other venues. They operate from 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance until intermission. For performances without intermission, they operate until 30 minutes after the performance begins. Customers may issue tickets for same-day performances booked via telephone, internet, or mobile at the venue box office, and may purchase tickets on-site if seats remain available. For digital tickets, customers may issue tickets directly online.
④ Ticket booking services are provided under consignment sales agreements between the Sejong Center and event organizers. For certain rental performances, such services may not be available due to the organizer’s circumstances. If a booked product cannot be provided due to technical errors or other reasons, the Sejong Center shall promptly notify the customer and issue a refund or take necessary measures for refund within three (3) business days.
⑤ The Sejong Center shall not be liable for any errors in performance or exhibition date and time, omission of ticket discounts, or incorrect seat quantity or class resulting from the customer’s negligence while using internet or mobile services.
⑥ Regulations on fraudulent purchases
 1. To protect legitimate users, the Sejong Center may impose booking restrictions for a certain period or cancel the relevant bookings for customers who fall under any of the following:
  - Booking through improper methods (e.g., use of macros or other abnormal means)
  - Repeated cancellation of bookings (five (5) times or more) for the same performance, exhibition, or event due to non-payment via virtual account
  - Repeated bulk purchases followed by cancellations (e.g., repeated purchases and cancellations for the purpose of resale)
  - Purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale or engaging in ticket scalping (e.g., reselling tickets at a price higher than the Sejong Center’s official price)
  - Any other improper use deemed equivalent to the above
 2. In the cases specified in No. 1, the Sejong Center shall grant the customer a period of at least one (1) day and up to seven (7) days to submit an explanation. If the explanation submitted within such period is deemed reasonable, the relevant measures may be lifted.
 3. If a user repeatedly engages in such conduct and is deemed to cause harm to the Sejong Center or other users, the user’s membership services may be restricted or terminated in accordance with Article 16 (User Conduct and Service Restrictions) of the Sejong Center Terms of Use.

Article 5 (Payment Methods for Ticket Booking)
Tickets for performances at the Sejong Center may be booked using the following payment methods:
1. Virtual Account (CMS: Cash Management Service): Bookings may be made via telephone or internet up to three (3) days prior to the performance date. The booking shall be completed if the ticket price is deposited into the designated virtual account by 24:00 (midnight) of the day following the booking date. If payment is not made within this period, the booking shall be automatically canceled without prior notice to the customer.
2. Credit Card: Tickets may be booked using a credit card from the start of the booking period until the commencement of the performance, and payments shall be processed in accordance with applicable electronic financial transaction laws.
3. Cash: From the start of the booking period until the day of the performance, tickets may be purchased directly by paying cash at the Service Plaza or venue box offices of the Sejong Center.
4. Gift Certificates (issued by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service): Gift certificates recognized by the Sejong Center may be used only when booking tickets for performances presented by the Sejong Center at the Service Plaza or venue box offices. Any remaining balance after use may be refunded in cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the gift certificate.
5. Zero Pay: From the start of the booking period until the day of the performance, payment may be made using Zero Pay at the Service Plaza or venue box offices of the Sejong Center.
6. For certain rental performances or co-presented performances, available payment methods may be restricted depending on the organizer’s circumstances.

Article 6 (Discount Services)
① The Sejong Center may provide discount services for each performance, and all discounts shall not be applied in combination.
② Discounts may be applied when booking via telephone, internet, or in person. Any omitted discount may be applied upon customer request up to 2 hours before the performance. In such cases, previously booked seats may be changed during the retroactive application of the discount. However, discounts applied based on the booking date (e.g., early booking discounts) shall not be applied retroactively. If a discount is omitted due to customer error during the booking process and the customer requests its application afterward, a fee in accordance with the cancellation fee policy shall be charged.
③ The discount services provided by the Sejong Center for each performance are as follows:
 1. Online Member Discount: Discounts and benefits are available in accordance with the Sejong Center online membership terms.
 2. Early Booking Discount: For selected performances, a designated early booking period may be set after ticket sales begin, during which customers may receive discounts. However, if booking details are changed after the early booking period has ended, the discount shall not be reapplied.
 3. Package Ticket Discount: The organizer may designate two or more different performances as a package, and customers booking such tickets simultaneously may receive a package discount. The discount shall be applicable only until the booking time of the earliest performance in the package, and ticket changes or refunds shall be allowed until one (1) day before the first performance date.
 4. Coupon Discount: The Sejong Center may issue coupons to members in accordance with policies established by the Sejong Center and event organizers. Coupons cannot be used in combination, and may be reused if a ticket is canceled within the valid period. Coupons may only be used by the issuing member and may not be sold or transferred to others under any circumstances. If a coupon is obtained improperly or fraudulently, its use may be restricted and it may be revoked by the Sejong Center.
 5. Student Discount: Student discounts may be applied when booking via telephone or internet. When collecting tickets at the venue box office on the day of the performance, customers must present valid student identification corresponding to the discounted tickets. If such identification is not presented, the price difference shall be paid.
 6. Group Discount: Group discounts may be provided to customers who book a specified minimum number of tickets for a given performance. For performances held on multiple dates, the discount may apply if the total number of tickets booked across all dates meets the required quantity. Additional bookings by group customers may also be eligible for the discount, subject to seat availability. If part of a group booking is refunded and the remaining number of tickets falls below the required minimum, all discounts shall be revoked. Refunds shall be processed in accordance with Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
 7. Card Discounts and Other Discount Methods: When booking via telephone or internet, card discounts and other discount methods provided by the Sejong Center may be applied. Card discounts are available only when payment is made using the applicable card. For other discount methods, customers may be required to present valid proof corresponding to the number of discounted tickets when collecting tickets. If such proof is not provided, the price difference shall be paid.
 8. Discounts for Persons with Disabilities and Persons Entitled to Veterans Benefits
  (a) A person with a disability means the individual holding a disability welfare card issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. A person entitled to veterans benefits means the individual holding a certificate issued by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, including a certificate of a person of distinguished service to state, of distinguished service to independence, of distinguished service to May 18 Democratization Movement, his or her bereaved family. A person who died or was injured for the public good, and his or her bereaved family member thereof, mean the individual holding as a certificate of a person who died for the public good, or was injured for the public good, a certificate of his or her bereaved family issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
  (b) A 50% discount shall be provided for tickets to performances and exhibitions presented by the Sejong Center as follows. When collecting tickets or entering the venue on the day of the performance, the customer must present to the staff a disability welfare card, a certificate of a person of distinguished service, a certificate of his or her bereaved family, a certificate of a person who died for the public good, or was injured for the public good, a certificate of his or her bereaved family. If the customer fails to present such documentation, the price difference corresponding to the discount shall be paid.
   - 50% discount for persons with disability grades 1–3 and one accompanying person
   - 50% discount only for persons with disability grades 4–6 only
   - 50% discount for a holder of a certificate of a person of distinguished service and one accompanying person
   - 50% discount only for a holder of a certificate of bereaved family or a certificate of a person who died or was injured for the public good (in the case of bereaved family members of persons who or was injured for the public good, if the legally designated beneficiary is a parent, either parent shall be eligible even if not the primary beneficiary)
   - 50% discount only for the spouse of a certificate of a person of distinguished service (only upon presentation of a family verification document issued by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and resident registration certificate)
  (c) Wheelchair users may book designated wheelchair spaces available at each venue, and such spaces may only be reserved by wheelchair users and their accompanying persons.
④ Digital tickets shall not be available for discount categories requiring verification.

Article 7 (Ticket Changes and Refunds)
① Tickets sold through Sejong Ticket may be canceled and refunded in accordance with the following provisions. However, for certain rental performances, refund conditions may be changed depending on the organizer’s circumstances.
 1. Ticket Refunds and Changes
  (a) Tickets may be fully refunded without any fee up to ten (10) days before the performance date. From nine (9) days before the performance date until 5 PM on the day before the performance, refunds shall be made after deducting a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) of the ticket price.
  (b) No refunds shall be processed on the day of the performance.
  (c) If a booking is canceled on the same day it was made, refunds shall be issued without a cancellation fee up to three (3) days before the performance date. However, from two (2) days before the performance date until 5 PM on the day before the performance, a cancellation fee of ten percent (10%) shall apply even if the booking is canceled on the same day it was made.
② Refunds shall be processed only through the same payment method used at the time of booking, as follows:
  1. Virtual Account: After deducting the refund fee, the amount shall be refunded to the account under the name of the booker.
  2. Credit Card: The full amount shall be refunded to the card used at the time of booking, and any refund fee shall be processed as a separate charge. (If a ticket purchased by credit card has been gifted, any refund request must be processed only through the original card used for payment.)
  3. Cash: After deducting the refund fee, the amount shall be refunded in cash.
  4. Gift Certificates (issued by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service): Refunds shall be made using the original physical gift certificate used for payment. If a refund fee applies, such fee shall be paid in cash.
  5. Zero Pay: Cancellations must be made by visiting the Service Plaza. If a refund fee applies, such fee shall be paid in cash.
③ For transactions where a discount coupon has been applied, only the actual amount paid (excluding the coupon discount) shall be refunded, and partial cancellations may be restricted.
④ Tickets designated as special sales or organizer sales shall be refunded only through the organization from which the tickets were originally purchased.
⑤ If the customer is in possession of the ticket, it must be returned to the Service Plaza by the refund deadline, either in person or by mail or other means.
⑥ No refunds shall be issued for lost tickets.
⑦ The deadlines for changing the ticket collection method between physical tickets and digital tickets are as follows:
  1. From physical ticket to digital ticket: Changes are allowed before the physical ticket is issued.
  2. From digital ticket to physical ticket: Changes are allowed before entry.

Article 8 (Miscellaneous Provisions)
① If a customer arrives late due to personal reasons, the ticket shall not be refunded and entry to the venue may be restricted.
② Complimentary tickets and invitation exchange tickets shall not be refunded. Invitation exchange tickets may be exchanged for reserved seats only at the time and place specified on the ticket, and may not be exchanged for reserved seats after the specified time. In such cases, admission to the performance may not be permitted.
③ If a customer does not collect a booked ticket by the start of the performance on the day of the performance, the ticket shall be deemed issued and shall not be refundable.
④ When collecting tickets at the venue box office that were booked via telephone, internet, or mobile, customers may be required to provide information such as the booking number, name of the booker, and date of birth. This procedure is intended to ensure that tickets are delivered securely to the rightful purchaser. If the information provided is inaccurate, the ticket may not be released, and the Sejong Center shall not be held legally liable in such cases.
⑤ Age restrictions for performances vary depending on each event. If a customer does not meet the age requirement announced in advance, entry to the venue shall not be permitted even if a ticket has been booked.
⑥ The Sejong Center shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers who purchase tickets through channels other than Sejong Ticket.
⑦ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and general practices of venue operation.

Article 9 (Compensation Policy)
① The Sejong Center shall establish separate emergency operation policies and announce them on its website in the following cases:
 1. If a performance is canceled due to a national emergency or force majeure events such as natural disasters
 2. If a performance has commenced but is interrupted due to force majeure
② If a performance is canceled prior to its commencement due to unavoidable circumstances of the organizer, the full ticket price shall be refunded as follows:
 1. Refunds shall be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
 2. For performances presented by the Sejong Center, refunds shall be processed directly by the Sejong Center. For rental performances, refunds shall be handled by the organizer of the rental performance, not the Sejong Cente
③ If a guardian and a child under the age of eight (8) purchase tickets on the day of the performance and request admission, refunds shall be processed as follows:
 1. For children aged 24 months or older and below school age, childcare services are available at “Kids World” operated by the Sejong Center; therefore, only the child’s ticket shall be refunded (the guardian’s ticket shall not be refunded).
 2. For children under 24 months of age, the tickets for the child and one (1) guardian shall be refunded.
④ If a ticket refund is requested at the venue box office on the day of the performance due to an unexpected change of a principal performer, the full ticket price shall be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds shall be available only if the performance has not been attended.
⑤ If the performance date and time are changed or the performance is canceled, the Sejong Center shall provide notice through its website.

Article 10 (Governing Jurisdiction)
In the event that a dispute arising out of or in connection with this service leads to litigation, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Sejong Center shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
