IntroductionIntroduction 닫기
Three textures, one sea—an ambient journey through light and sound.
Lucid Fall, who has expanded his musical language from singer-songwriter roots into ambient soundscapes; Jungmari, who explores the origin of sound at the intersection of jeongga (the traditional Korean vocal music) and Gregorian chant; and artist Boo Jihyun, who sensually interprets the seas of Jeju through a refined aesthetic lens. These three artists, each with their own rhythm and tempo, present a live performance that at times overlaps and at times drifts apart—together weaving a unique texture of time. Within a movement where no single moment repeats, we clutch a deeper sense of freedom and come to find our own ‘door’ into personal dimensions of time and space.
Having felt that experiences overwhelmed by intense visuals and audio can turn audiences into passive elements—objects of the content rather than subjects—Lucid Fall proposes a new kind of immersion in this work: one rooted in transcendence, where the audience remains sovereign, guided by their own senses. In a space that blurs the boundaries between performance and exhibition, audiences are not mere spectators but free swimmers—immersing themselves in each moment in their own unique way.
