- Important: Failure to present valid identification will result in denial of entry. Cancellations or refunds are not possible on the day of the performance due to missing documents.2. Ticket Collection Guide 1) On-site Pickup (Box Office)
- Tickets are available for pickup starting 1 hour prior to the performance at the Chamber Hall Box Office.
*Note: Box office locations vary by theater. Tickets for Chamber Hall performances must be collected at the Sejong Chamber Hall Box Office.
- To collect your ticket, please present your booking confirmation or valid ID and verify the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- Discount Eligibility: If you have booked a discounted ticket, you must present proof of eligibility at the box office.Failure to provide proof will require payment of the difference relative to the regular price. Refunds are not available after paying the price difference, even if proofs are presented later.

- How to Use:
Click the [★Receive Ticket★] button in the KakaoTalk message you received.
Click the "Issue Digital Ticket" button.
Scan the QR code on your digital ticket at the gate for direct entry.
3) General Ticket Information
- No Same-Day Changes: Cancellations, refunds, and changes to discount types or dates are not permitted on the day of the performance.
- Ticket Care: Reserved tickets can only be collected on the day of the show. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, and entry is not permitted without a ticket. Please keep your tickets safe.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed after the cancellation deadline. Please check the specific policy and fees of your booking platform in advance.3. Audience Guidelines - Entry Time: House opens 30 minutes before the performance. To ensure a smooth start, please be seated 10 minutes prior to curtain time.
- Late Arrivals: Entry is restricted once the performance begins. Latecomers may be guided to seats other than their reserved ones at designated times by house staff.
- Re-entry: Leaving the auditorium during the performance may restrict re-entry. You may re-enter during the intermission or curtain call.
Recording Policy: Unless previously authorized, all photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited (except during curtain calls). We ask for your active cooperation.
- Food & Beverage: Only bottled water with a lid is permitted inside the auditorium. All other food and beverages are prohibited.
- Traffic & Parking: Traffic around the venue is frequently congested. Cancellations, refunds, or changes due to late arrival or failure to attend caused by traffic or parking issues are not permitted.4. Audiences who use performances, exhibitions (paid) and experiences (paid exhibition experience) can get a discount on parking fees when using Sejong-ro public parking lot.
If you complete the settlement in advance at the unmanned settlement machine before you leave, you can avoid congestion when you leave. For other discounts, please use the manned settlement office with the relevant certificate. - Sejongro Public Parking Lot has limited space and is often full, requiring a long time to find parking. Especially on weekends and public holidays, it fills up quickly, so we highly recommend using public transportation.

- No reservation cancellation, change, or refund on the day of the viewing date

Cancellation Fee
- If you make a reservation three days before the viewing date, you will not be charged a fee if you cancel it within midnight on the day of the Internet reservation. From two days before the viewing date, cancellation fees will also be charged for cancellation on the day of reservation.(See below.)
