UPI News, the Korean media of world renowned news agency UPI, celebrated the 2nd anniversary of its foundation.

To mark the 2nd anniversary, 「World Refugee Photo Exhibition」 comes to be held with the Korean Mission to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. June 20 will be a more meaningful day as this year marks the 20th anniversary of 「the World Refugeee Day」. 

 
Refugee is no stranger to Koreans. During the Japanese colonial era and the Korean War, the Korean people had to live as refugees.

Now is the time for us to pay more attention to those in need as the world suffer from 「COVID 19」
The photo exhibition will display works of reporter Jeon Hae-ri who has covered the world's conflict areas for the past 13 years.
