The film has been remade in 18 countries around the world within three years of its release, a feat which saw it listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most remade film.
It was remade in Korea as the 2018 movie <Perfetti Sconosciuti>, where it has gone viral with 5 million viewers and been loved by audiences of varying ages. This performance raises expectations even more by bringing the original Italian film to the theatrical stage.
