Puccini’s masterpiece “La Bohe`me”, the lives and love of poor but art-loving young bohemians. “La Bohe`me”, which has been loved for its realistic and sharp delineation of young artists’ stories, will take the stage with a production by the Seoul Metropolitan Opera in 2024. Choi Hee-chuhn, the artistic director and permanent conductor of Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra will join him in pursuit of musical perfection, accompanied with the Korean National Symphony Orchestra. The love and romance of young artists against the backdrop of Christmas Eve in the Latin Quarter of Paris in the 19th century. To mark the 100th anniversary of Puccini’s death, it is ready to meet the audience of this time as a work that can resonate with any period of time.
