- Important: Failure to present valid identification will result in denial of entry. Cancellations or refunds are not possible on the day of the performance due to missing documents.2. Ticket Collection Guide - Enter the theater conveniently without visiting the box office by using a Digital Ticket.

3) Ticket Kiosks (Unmanned Machines)

*Note: Tickets requiring proof of discount eligibility must be collected at the box office after verification.
4) General Ticket Information
- No Same-Day Changes: Cancellations, refunds, and changes to discount types or dates are not permitted on the day of the performance.
- Ticket Care: Reserved tickets can only be collected on the day of the show. Lost tickets cannot be reissued, and entry is not permitted without a ticket. Please keep your tickets safe.
- Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations, refunds, or changes are not allowed after the cancellation deadline. Please check the specific policy and fees of your booking platform in advance.3. Audience Guidelines - Entry Time: House opens 30 minutes before the performance. To ensure a smooth start, please be seated 10 minutes prior to curtain time.
- Late Arrivals: Entry is restricted once the performance begins. Latecomers may be guided to seats other than their reserved ones at designated times by house staff.
- Re-entry: Leaving the auditorium during the performance may restrict re-entry. You may re-enter during the intermission or curtain call.
- Recording Policy: Unless previously authorized, all photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited (except during curtain calls). We ask for your active cooperation.
- Food & Beverage: Only bottled water with a lid is permitted inside the auditorium. All other food and beverages are prohibited.
- Traffic & Parking: Traffic around the venue is frequently congested. Cancellations, refunds, or changes due to late arrival or failure to attend caused by traffic or parking issues are not permitted.4. With the profound resonance of the biblical tale of the Babylonian exile, the opera unfolds a gripping struggle for the throne propelled by a daughter’s erce rebellion and the power con icts surrounding it—an operatic drama reminiscent of Game of Thrones. The well-known chorus “Va, pensiero” also known as “Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves” captivates the audience with its sorrowful yet exalted emotion. These treasured arias shine even more brightly through the exceptional opera performers, including Yang Junmo as Nabucco (Bar.), Seo Sunyoung and Choi Jieun as Abigaille (Sop.), and Jun Seunghyun and Lim Chaejun as Zaccaria (Bass).

Audiences who use performances, exhibitions (paid) and experiences (paid exhibition experience) can get a discount on parking fees when using Sejong-ro public parking lot.
If you complete the settlement in advance at the unmanned settlement machine before you leave, you can avoid congestion when you leave. For other discounts, please use the manned settlement office with the relevant certificate. - Sejongro Public Parking Lot has limited space and is often full, requiring a long time to find parking. Especially on weekends and public holidays, it fills up quickly, so we highly recommend using public transportation.

- Reservation can be canceled and changed by 5p.m. the day before the viewing date (weekdays/weekends (Saturday and Sunday)/holiday)
- No reservation cancellation, change, or refund on the day of the viewing date

Cancellation Fee
- If you make a reservation three days before the viewing date, you will not be charged a fee if you cancel it within midnight on the day of the Internet reservation. From two days before the viewing date, cancellation fees will also be charged for cancellation on the day of reservation.(See below.)
