[Ticket Sales Precaution]
- Please note that the show may be postponed, canceled, or re-reservation depending on the level of the Infectious Disease Risk Concern System due to COVID-19 conditions.
- All seats are pre-assigned. Tickets will be available through official website of Sejong Center and Interpark Ticket, the official ticket agents for the show.
- The sales are divided into fan club presale and general sale. Through official website of Sejong Center, you can only join the general sale.
- Wheelchair seats are only possible through Sejong Center’s telephone reservation (+82-(0)2-399-1000, 9:00~20:00)
- To change/cancel/refund a ticket, you must go through the ticket agents where you purchased within a fixed time period.
- If you select “Direct Deposit” as your payment option, your purchase will automatically cancel if you fail to complete your payment until the prescribed deadline for direct deposit payments.
- Children under the age of 8 cannot enter even accompanied by an adult.
- You can purchase and collect your ticket using an ID registered under your name only. You cannot ask a third party to collect your ticket on your behalf or transfer the ticket.
(Your admission may be restricted when the purchaser information does not match the information supplied while collecting the ticket)
- This show is open to members who have purchased their own tickets only. You may not transfer your ticket to a third party, including family members.
(Please beware that tickets sold or transferred at face value shall be rendered invalid to prevent any tickets from being sold at a premium price through unauthorized channels. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.)
- Even if you have multiple IDs, the organizers shall consolidate all of your verified ID accounts.
